Warranties

All items carry a  thirty (30) day warranty for items of MSRP of $79 or less, and a sixty (60) day warranty on items with an MSRP of over $79.  Due to health regulations, there are no returns or exchanges on lingerie.  All sales are final.

All returns made by customers must include a copy of the original sales receipt.  In suh cases, the customer or Independent Representative must contact the company directly to obtain a RMA# ( Return Merchandise Authorization) PRIOR to shipping products back to Brown Bag Party for any reason. All RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the exterior portion of the package.  Any packages reveived without RMA numbers will experience significant delays in processing.  Brown Bag Party reserves the right to dispose of packages received with no RMA numbers after 30 days of receiving such packages if no contact has been established with the sender.  Brown Bag Party will have no further replacement obligations after this period has expired.  All approved RMA packages must be received by Brown Bag Party within 30 days of issuing the RMA number or the shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to the shipper at their expense.  After 30 days of issuing an RMA, the RMA becomes null and void and cannot be honored, reissued or extended.  Brown Bag Party reserves the right to alter these exchange and return policies at anytime.
Any products received that were "dead on arrival" (DOA), can be shipped back to Brown Bag Party and Brown Bag Party will issue a reimbursement check for the shipping charges incurred.
