Ben-Wa Balls
Ben-Wa Balls help a woman conscientiously do her Kegel exercises: simply insert both balls inside the vagina and squeeze the muscle to hold them in place. This will help with any bladder control problems, as well as teach you to flex this muscle during sex, increasing your pleasure (and his!) Regular use will tighten the vaginal muscle. Also recommended for those with bladder control problems (will prevent this from happening during pregnancy and menopause; will reverse this effect if it's already taken place).

Think of the muscles you would squeeze if you were urinating and wanted to stop the flow. These muscles form a type of “hammock” that runs from the front of the crotch area to the back. The muscles encircle the clitoris in the front, the anus in the back and the vagina in the middle. They are the same muscles that contract reflexively (on their own) during orgasm.
Strengthening these muscles by doing Kegel’s will enhance the sensations of orgasm and for some women make having orgasms more likely. When contracting these muscles, the buttocks muscles should move very little or not at all. You are trying to isolate and move the muscles that underlie the external genitals for women.
Men L-O-V-E it when these muscles are toned. You can grip ahold of the penis and let him know “you mean business”.
If you spend two minutes of doing these three types (which make a “set”) you do a set of 3 three times a day, you will very likely feel a difference in your ability to contract in about two weeks. It doesn’t take a lot of time, just a lot of remembering.
The Ben-Wa Balls can be used as “weights” by ambitious women who really want to work out their PC muscles. Think of it this way; you could tone your body by doing leg lifts or arm curls but you could get faster and better result by adding weights. Start by putting in one ball and doing these exercises. The ball will definitely add a level of challenge to Kegel’s. Later, when there is greater strength and tone add the second one.
These are great exercises to do in preparation for having a baby. A toned muscle will stretch more easily and will recover more easily after childbirth. As we age, these exercises are also helpful in maintaining tone to avoid urinary stress incontinence (leaking bladder). So given the benefits of enhanced orgasm and the health gains possible, doing Kegel exercises every day really deliver!
Exercises
Contract and Hold: Squeeze this muscle group and hold it for a count of ten. Then contract and hold for another count of ten. Continue doing this for two minutes.
Flutter: Contract the muscle group as quickly as you can. These won’t be large squeezes, just rapid light ones. Stop, take a rest – then do it again.
The Elevator: Imagine that there’s a little elevator in your crotch and that you want it to rise up floor by floor to the top floor. So start at the ground floor and go up to the first floor, then the second and the third and final floor. Then gradually allow the “elevator” to go back down stopping at each floor. Once you get to the ground floor, go down to the basement so you’re sure to have completely relaxed the muscles you have just exercised.
Define which muscles you want to tone by halting the flow of urine a few times in one sitting. Don’t be surprised if you don’t succeed at first without dribbling, but it is proof that you should strengthen this muscle group. Lie down on your back and insert one ball, then use your muscles to grip and release the ball. Do this for about 5 minutes a day for 10 days. Then sit up while repeating the routine. When you progress to standing, you need to grip continuously. By the time you get good at this, it’s time to become adept with two balls at once. Keep up with your routine at least three times a week and pretty soon you’ll be able to exercise while you do your chores! It makes dusting a lot more fun! Be careful if you get a visitor while you’re exercising. If you would start to laugh too hard it’s possible to shoot those suckers right out!
Ladies, you have a vaginal cavity so you can’t lose these and have them pop out your ear next week. To remove the balls, just relax. The balls are so heavy (then drop the balls on the floor as long as it is CARPETED) that they just fall right out, so be careful where you relax. Payment Options & Shipping
If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii there is only one option for shipping and it is 2nd Day Air, but this means you receive your products much faster!

All other Stateside locations have the option of 2nd day air or Ground delivery.

Warranties
All items carry a thirty (30) day warranty for items of MSRP of $79 or less, and a sixty (60) day warranty on items with an MSRP of over $79. Due to health regulations, there are no returns or exchanges on lingerie. All sales are final.
All returns made by customers must include a copy of the original sales receipt. In suh cases, the customer or Independent Representative must contact the company directly to obtain a RMA# ( Return Merchandise Authorization) PRIOR to shipping products back to Brown Bag Party for any reason. All RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the exterior portion of the package. Any packages reveived without RMA numbers will experience significant delays in processing. Brown Bag Party reserves the right to dispose of packages received with no RMA numbers after 30 days of receiving such packages if no contact has been established with the sender. Brown Bag Party will have no further replacement obligations after this period has expired. All approved RMA packages must be received by Brown Bag Party within 30 days of issuing the RMA number or the shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to the shipper at their expense. After 30 days of issuing an RMA, the RMA becomes null and void and cannot be honored, reissued or extended. Brown Bag Party reserves the right to alter these exchange and return policies at anytime.
Any products received that were "dead on arrival" (DOA), can be shipped back to Brown Bag Party and Brown Bag Party will issue a reimbursement check for the shipping charges incurred.
